How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, or other available payment methods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, and net banking.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, we use secure payment gateways with SSL encryption to protect your payment information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 6-10 business days. Express delivery (4-8 days) is available for select locations with an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, SMS and WhatsApp message. You can use that to track your order on our website's "Track Your Order" page or the courier's site.

What if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

The delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. You can then contact us to arrange redelivery or pickup with additional shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for defective or incorrect items only along with proper proof (photos/videos). Contact us at manaligifts274@gmail.com or DM us on Whatsapp at +91 8305252406 to initiate a return.

Can I return customized/personalized items?

Customized items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect or error in personalization.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer bears the cost.

Products & Customization

Can I customize any product?

Almost all our products can be customized with names, dates, or special messages and custom items. Look for the 'Need Customization?' option on the checkout page. Once order is placed, our team will reach out to you within 12 hours to finalize the customization details before processing your order.

How long does customization take?

Customized orders take an additional 2-3 days to process before shipping. Estimated delivery is provided at checkout (usually 6-10 business days).

What if I make a mistake in personalization details?

Please double-check all details before confirming. We are always available and will always stay in touch via email or WhatsApp to confirm the details with you before proceeding with customization. If an error is found after processing, we may not be able to make changes. WE WILL SHOW YOU A FINAL PREVIEW OF THE CUSTOMIZATION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE ORDER to avoid such issues.
