Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GiftsByManali ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on GiftsByManali for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit you to:

Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However:

Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
Handmade items may have minor variations
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to limit quantities
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

In case of pricing errors, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment: Payment must be received before order processing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other listed payment methods.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier service delays
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
Customs delays (if applicable)
Public holidays or strikes

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-delivery fees may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Customization & Personalization

For customized products:

Please verify all personalization details before confirming
Customized items take additional 2-3 days to process
Customized items cannot be returned unless defective
We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided text
Preview images are approximate representations

Intellectual Property

All content on GiftsByManali, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or our licensors' property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:
